Burnt Almond Toasted Martini

I love the flavor of almond, in just about anything – cake for sure, candy, cereal, I also add almonds to yogurt and salad, but put it in a martini, and I’m in heaven!  I don’t remember where this recipe crossed my path, but it’s been in my collection for some time now.  It’s creamy, a little chocolate-y, and just the right amount of almond-y!!!  This is a nice “dessert” cocktail for sure.

Add the following to a shaker filled with ice:

1 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Kahlua
splash of half and half

Shake til very cold, then pour into your favorite martini glass, garnish with a few chocolate shavings, and savor!
