You can’t go wrong with a chocolate martini. For this one, I used a pretty basic chocolate martini recipe, but modified it into a CHOCOLATE IRISH CREAM MARTINI. You can use any kind of vodka you have on hand, or that you prefer. I used Pinnacle Whipped Vodka, but you could also use vanilla vodka, or regular vodka instead, and still make an outstanding martini.
I drizzled some chocolate inside of my frozen glass. I used a prepared chocolate syrup, that is fairly thick. A hot fudge sauce will work as well – place about 1/4 c in a ziplock baggie. Microwave for about 15 seconds if necessary, then snip the corner of the baggie and drizzle the inside of the glass.
For the edge of the glass, drizzle a fine line of the same chocolate along the top/outside edge of the glass. Then roll your glass in some finely crushed chocolate wafer cookie crumbs on a small plate (not oreos). Chill the glass til ready to use.

Recipe: (this will make 2 cocktails)
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz cream de cacao
- 1/2 oz vodka (whipped, vanilla, or regular)
- 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz half and half
- Chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
- Chocolate for drizzling
Combine 1st 5 ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake til very cold (25 – 30 shakes is good!). Pour into prepared glasses.
