Well if a chocolate chili cupcake gets you excited, wait til you taste this amazing martini!  Stumbled upon this vodka, AND the martini recipe that goes with it, in Galena, Illinois.  There is a local distillery there called Blaum Bros. – http://www.blaumbros.com.   They make a chili-infused vodka called “Hellfyre”.  It’s not super hot – rather, it’s just right!   Now if you can’t visit Galena, you can shop locally for a chili-infused vodka.  And just like my chocolate chili cupcakes, it has just the right amount of chili infused to make it mild, but interesting!  And it goes so well with chocolate.  My friends and I have moved this martini into our top 10 for sure!

Here is what you need:

1 part Hellfyre Vodka (or other chili infused vodka)
1 park heavy cream (or half and half if you prefer)
1/2 part Monin white chocolate syrup (available at Monin.com)
1/2 part Monin Dark or Swiss Chocolate syrup

A cocktail shaker, ice – shake til very cold.  Top with chocolate shavings for garnish.
