Happy Birthday to my son in law Keith!
See my prior post for Banana Cake. For the frosting, I made a batch of my cream cheese buttercream frosting, then added about 2 Tbsp of prepared caramel sauce, and blended it together. The store bought caramel sauce worked just fine – however you do need to completely chill the frosted cake, to help the caramel firm up, and drizzle SLOWLY! Chopped white chocolate chips finished this beauty. Keep refrigerated til ready to serve.
