I first had this “clear” martini, called an “Invisible Cosmo” – at Biaggi’s italian restaurant a few years ago. I’ve see a similar recipe called a “white cosmo”. Whatever you call it – it’s delicious! I have enjoyed this before a lovely dinner, or sitting out on the back patio with my friends. It is one of my favorites! It’s light and crisp, with a distinct fresh orange flavor. The colder the better! This one I made as the holidays are approaching – perfect for that as well!
Here’s how to make it:
1 part Prairie Organic Vodka (or any good, plain Vodka)
1 part White Cranberry juice
1/2 part Triple Sec
1/2 part Peach Schnapps
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled halfway with ice.
Shake til very cold, and pour into a martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim, or a mandarin orange slice dropped right into the cocktail!
Then sit back, and enjoy your moment!
