Such a simple design, made for a very special birthday cake! Inside of this beauty, is a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake (see my prior post), with layers of fresh raspberry puree, whipped mascarpone cream, and 2 more layers of vanilla cake. It is frosted with a smooth layer of light pink buttercream. Beautiful to cut into, and delicious to eat!
