Raspberry Lemondrop

If you like a Lemondrop martini – you might just LOVE this RASPBERRY LEMONDROP MARTINI!  It has the traditional “sugared rim”, and the tart taste of lemon, but also has a little raspberry sweetness!  Super-refreshing!

Ingredients for 2 cocktails:

1 1/2 oz raspberry flavored vodka
1 1/2 oz Absolut Citron vodka
1 1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Chambord
2 oz lemonade
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Fresh raspberries, skewered and frozen for garnish
sugar for rim

I like to put my glasses in the freezer for a few minutes for a nice, frosty look!  Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.  Squeeze in the fresh lemon.  Shake until very cold.  Pour into sugar-rimmed frozen glasses, garnish with frozen, skewered raspberries.  Enjoy!
